The ten fantastic consulting rooms that are available to hire have a bright, clean and modern finish, with comfortable seating, and all rooms offer dimmable lighting so you can create the ambiance you desire.
There are plenty of power sockets for laptops etc, and free super fast wifi for practitioners and clients.

The Hadley Clinic is located on the first floor of one of the most historical and beautiful buildings in Manchester.
We think it’s a setting that befits the quality of The Hadley Clinic and the services you offer, immediately giving the right impression to your clients or patients.

The Hadley Clinic waiting area is a welcoming, calming, clean, modern space that creates the right first impression for your clients or patients.
Equipped with x5 lovely comfortable chairs, a natural wood coffee table, coffee table books and water tower, our waiting area it’s a really nice environment for your clients or patients while they wait for their appointment.
Room 1 - Multi-use with 3 section couch
Room 1 is a clean, modern 180 square foot room that comes equipped with a white 3 section therapy couch, desk, chairs, wall mounted ring light, hot water sink, as well as sharps and clinical waste disposal.
This room also comes with a lockable, 5 lever mortice lock door, along with extensive storage.
If you need a therapy room that is suitable for a range of purposes, this is ideally suited to your needs.
Room 2 - Multi-use with 3 section couch
Room 2 is ideal for physical therapies, beauty and aesthetic treatments, as well as a range of other medical and clinical services.
This room comes equipped with an adjustable therapy couch, desk and chairs, hot water sink, and wall mounted ring light, as well as a storage unit, and as with all of our rooms, fully dimmable lights.

Room 3 - consulting & talking therapies
Room 3 is a modern talking therapy room that our therapists love working in!
With two talking therapy chairs, desk, desk chairs, lamp and lots of natural sunlight, room 3 is ideal for a range of talking therapies, as well as all consultations – such as nutritional therapy and Functional Medicine – that don’t require a treatment table.
Room 4 - consulting & talking therapies
Room 4 is a modern consulting room, providing a light, airy environment. This therapy room is suitable for a range of professional practitioner consultations, including talking therapies.
This room comes equipped with a desk, tea set, modern storage unit, and comfortable chairs. If you’re looking for a clean, modern consulting room in the heart of Manchester city centre, room 4 at The Hadley Clinic is an ideal choice!
Room 5 - Booked Full Time!
Room 5 is a 140 square foot room that’s already occupied on a full time basis, so it isn’t available right now!
It’s fitted out with a 3 section treatment table, hot water sink, wall mounted ring light, storage unit, desk and chairs – ideal for a range of purposes including physical therapies, aesthetics, beauty, and medical consultations.
Room 6 - Multi-use with 3 section couch
Room 6 is a 130 square foot room that’s ideally suited for a range of uses, including aesthetics, physical therapies, and medical consultations.
This room has a white 3 section treatment table, hot water sink, storage unit, desk and chairs.
If you’re looking for a spacious therapy room in the heart of Manchester city centre that’s suitable for a range of uses, including aesthetics, beauty, and medical consultations, room 6 is for you.
Room 7 - consulting & talking therapies
Room 7 is a lovely, modern 125 square foot talking therapy and consulting room.
With two talking therapy chairs, desk, desk chairs, lamp and lots of natural sunlight, room 7 is ideal for a range of talking therapies, as well as all consultations that don’t require a treatment table.
Room 8 - booked full time!
Room 8 is a 145 square foot room that’s already occupied on a full time basis, so it isn’t available right now!
When available, this room comes equipped with a white 3 section therapy couch, desk, chairs, storage unit, and wall mounted ring light.
Room 9 - Multi-use with 3 section couch
Room 9 is a 150 square foot room that’s suitable for a range of uses, including aesthetics, medical consultations, physical therapies, and beauty.
Room 9 comes with a white 3 section treatment table, white stool, desk, desk chairs, equipment trolley, wall mounted ring light, and sink.

Room 10 - Booked full time!
Room 10 is a 130 square foot rooms, that’s currently booked full time!
When available, this room comes equipped with a white 3 section therapy couch, desk, chairs, storage unit, and wall mounted ring light.

If you need to keep your equipment at The Hadley Clinic, we’ve got you covered.
From large to small items, and everything in between, we have secure storage space available with insurance approved locks (additional fees apply).

Please note that our rooms are wheelchair accessible.
The Hadley Clinic is located on the first floor, which is reachable both by lift, and by stairs.
Location
Ideally located in the heart of Manchester city centre, with several car parks within a 1-8 minute walk, great links to trains, trams and buses, our Manchester therapy rooms to rent are an ideal venue for any qualified professional therapist or practitioner who wants to combine their expert services with an ideally suited environment.
We understand that many practitioners work part-time or from multiple locations and we aim to be as flexible as possible. We offer various room hire options from pre-booked blocks on a regular basis, to ad-hoc room hire, perfect for those just starting up.

Eligibility for these initiatives is dependant upon your area of practice, and your number of hours of room occupancy.

Room hire fees
The Hadley Clinic is pleased to offer a range of flexible solutions to suit your needs, including no-contract single hour ad hoc bookings, regular half day, and full day options, as well as long term contracts and exclusive use.
We are also happy to offer ad hoc half and full day bookings for practitioners who require more flexibility or who are in Manchester less frequently.
Whether you’re an established part time or full time practitioner, just starting out, or a bigger business looking to establish a presence in central Manchester, we have a solution to suit your requirements.
